Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice) is required.
Due to hygiene and fragrance sensitivity reasons, opened or used car perfumes are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)
- Products damaged due to improper use
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear videos of the product (it is only acceptable if the video made in front of delivery boy).
- Description of the issue
After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
4. Return Process

- Share your Order ID and reason for return
- Our team will approve or reject the request
- If approved, return shipping instructions will be provided
Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after product inspection.
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of defective/wrong product).
- COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
